I offer a welcoming, down to earth and safe approach to counselling, providing a non-judgmental and confidential space for you to be able to bring what you feel you need to during your counselling sessions, for you to begin to understand the root causes of the challenges you're facing.
I believe our earliest relationships and past experiences play a significant role in shaping who we are today. I work collaboratively and flexibly, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. I aim to build a trusting, supportive relationship where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I have worked with individuals experiencing but not limited to; anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationship problems, women's health, sadness, isolation, work related issues, sense of feeling 'stuck' and overwhelmed, abuse, challenges with body imagine and self-harm.
